Yes ,in the wholesale dealers auction world. There are 2 types of vehicles ,Red light and Green light, Red light , Means No guarantee. Green light means there is a guarantee.
There is also extended guarantee offered by any dealers auction at an additional cost.Usually cost a few hundred dollars. If a vehicle is green light ,you can also run a PSI inspection with the auction to give added peace of mind. This is usually $100.
On most vehicles there are a pre sale CR report ,which stands for a condition report. If it is a newer model vehicles 5 year or less and usually under the maximum warrantied miles ,,the vehicle manufacturer will still honor the warranty.
No ,this concept is for cash buyers only. You can finance or obtain a loan after you buy and pay in full.
This concept does not allow trades. Buying at a wholesale auction ,is not like buying at a dealership. This is strictly wholesale for the cash and ready to buy customers.
No ,once we pinpoint exactly what you want. We can bid and buy it for you on line.Preferably,we rather you come and see and buy in person. We understand that not everyone has the time ,but still want a great deal. Dealers can buy online or in person on your behalf.
First ,please fill out our questionnaire.Once we receive your questionnaire,we will contact you to set up a date to take you to one of our wholesale dealer auctions. We will need to narrow down your make and model you’re looking for along with your price point.
Once we locate your vehicle of choices ,we take you to the auction to physically see and inspect the vehicle. If you decide you want us to bid on a vehicle ,we require a 30% cash only deposit before we bid. We take deposits to ensure ,that if a vehicle is won a buyer does not back out or changes there mind. A buyer will be there to see the bid. The buyer will see how much the vehicle gets sold for. The buyer will have the right to set limits on the amounts they want to pay for any vehicle. We stop bidding ,when the buyer says stop. If no vehicle is bought ,all deposits are given back there and then with no questions ask. We always suggest to the buyer to have multiple options picked out to bid on ,to ensure they get to buy something.

There is a brokers agreement for both the buyer and TMTTA to sign to everything mentioned on this site to make this transaction legal and binding.
After a vehicle is won at auction ,the buyer has to pay immediately by cash or bank check to one of our representatives,that then gets paid to the auction. Wire transfer is also excepted ,but will be processed the following day.
Immediately after paid in full,at our Lakeland Florida location. If transporting and working by mail, please allow 2-3 days for transporter to pick up and deliver.
Yes ,anywhere in the world at the buyers expense. We help with all shipping and transport needs.
As licensed florida state dealers ,we are required by law to collect all state and local fees. That means ,we collect all state taxes ,all registration fees and title fees for the DMV. We charge no dealer fees. Most title and registration work ,is usually done in the same day. .but can be done anytime after also. Can also be done by mail.
